My All-time favourite piece of music EVER. The history of this piece is also very fascinating: it started out at first as a Choral piece which never really caught on. But then Strauss went on tour in the USA, and he re-wrote this piece for orchestra, and it was an Instant hit when first played in the USA, I believe in New York. Utterly Fascinating.

I came here not to watch some dancers spinning around, but to watch orchestra playing... In two most beautiful moments of the concert they were shown, not the actual musicians... Dissapointed
