Sweet´s B-sides are amazing good. They showed, they can do and they really did. Phil Wainman was the right man to be their mentor, unfortunately boys didn´t get on with Phil and after Sweet Fany Adams, they left his remarcable job and went back to Mike Chapman, which wasn´t very good idea.After Fox, Sweet got enough and it was time to stand on their own, or fall down. They succeeded with Fox On The Run and Action, so, we know what was the result.What we didn´t know, was Brian´s problem with booze but that´s another story.Sweet is still one of those great bands, which gave us a real Rock. Sweet is not a bubble gum band, they are a real ROCK and their music ROCK for ever.
