Fabulous track! I saw him at Wigan The old courts tonight and he did a solo of this track before the main act a tears for fear tribute band! This was better than the main act ; done on acoustic guitar and his own voice with no backing. It took me right back to a better time!

I was there buying up all the singles in good old Woollies. This was one of those songs that was pop perfection in an era when there was a lot of good music. Sweeping arrangement, perfectly crafted lyrics. Epic build up to the last chorus. The 12 inch wasnt bad too. Love hearing this now and again and it takes me back to that 83-84 era
