I love this song and video. It says so much. It’s mocking many things. Most think he’s telling a story from his feelings. He is in a different matter entirely. Superficiality and social acceptance. Nothing deeper. This guy is a creative genius. Right brained. People can’t keep up. Love his soul. Society loves left brained.

Maybe this video was made for a different song from a different band, who then lost their recording contract so they decided to just throw the Black Crowes into the set.

He’s actually mocking pomp and stance. Social acceptability and pretense. With a super helping of selfish need. He sees it, it’s stupid and he’s poetically telling you. Awesome dude.
