I remember hearing this on the radio late at night when I was tripping really hard. The sound was very entertaining when your ears are extra tuned in. When she goes ‘Brrp brrp brrp brrp busy line’ it was like someone tickling my brain, it felt so good. It brought on visions of hot red lips blowing me a kiss and visions of a dive bar cabaret show.

This is one of the first songs I remember hearing on our radio at home, when I was a little kid, about 3 or 4 years old! This would be in the late 1940s.

She was fabulous and unique.
