Well... I have done a little bit of research (though not very deep by any means), and my understanding is the Hinamizawa is a fictional village. Are you saying this is not an actual photograph of a real place?

Hinamizawa is a fictional village in the anime "Higurashi". It is based on a real village in Japan called Shirakawa-Go. But this does not look like Shirakawa at all, instead the mountains look to be Chinese than Japanese.

I can really feel zen and healing. Ah, who can climb the high cliffs?
