I picked out some Latin, however some pronunciations were different on different words than what I remember learning, so there could be more mixed in there. A good portion of it was in English as well, but mixing it in with something else makes it harder to pick out if you are not paying attention.

yeah, Latin is a complex language, esp. when the tenses are pronounced differently, or changed, from "classic" to street/common Latin, esp, if its mixed with others such as middle english, or celtic/gaelic, etc.

I looked it up on Wikipedia, its a macaronic alternation of medieval German and Latin, written in the middle ages, thought to have been written by German Mystic Heinrich Seuse, it translates to "In Sweet Rejoicing", the rest of the story is fascinating, look it up!
