In Norway we sing this song in elementary school.

The story is about a man who goes into the forest, shoots a crow and uses all parts of the bird in very creative ways. For instance, he makes boats of the beak, church windows of the eyes, he salts the meat into barrels. Most Norwegian kids learn this song at some point.
