Impossible to name a favourite Fleet Foxes song for me, but this one comes back to me often :) Silver the shores of Isles I’ve known/ boulevards of dancing boughs...music and words from another time, quite simply. Timeless and classic - like Disney’s Robin Hood in places, that swaying gentility, yet wistful and nuanced in an ancient way :)

Why did it take me a long to find this

There isn’t a song out there that can compare to this. The vocal melody over the guitar is haunting, confident, longing, and it’s just genius.
