no it was out for a while uk and world 1992 to 96 and usa canada 1994 i think to 96 a bit more than 2 weeks dude and copyright infringement!!! the hendrix estate ( then led by the wonderful Alan Douglas) asked Du Kane and Luke baldry to do it ....it was only when Janie hendrix won the rights that the shit hit the fan .......lol
